Marina Portoroz - Residence

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was absolutely stunning, situated inside a marina overlooking a beautiful harbour filled with sailboats. The view from the patio was breathtaking, especially during a thunderstorm when I had the pleasure of watching it safely from the comfort of the patio. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, as the rooms were well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds, pillows, and duvets were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I was also pleasantly surprised to find two bathrooms in the apartment, adding a touch of convenience.

In terms of cleanliness, there were some minor glitches, but overall, the rooms were clean and well-equipped.

Our appartment had damp areas. The main bedroom is far too small for the size of bed and no en suite facility.

The location of this accommodation is superb, situated in a stunning marina and a pleasant neighbourhood close to shops and restaurants. the apartments are well-equipped and have a beautiful view of the harbour. We were impressed with the clean and tidy room and comfortable bathroom. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the breakfast was delicious with various options that suited everyone's taste.

The lack of wifi was disappointing and somewhat of a drawback to an otherwise fantastic stay.

Quiet place in the corner of the Portoroz marina. Apartement was clean, all rooms were separately air conditioned. Nice balcony witha view to the marina. Close to the apartement was a pool and playground for the children. Recommended for the families.

About 15 minutes walking time to the city of Portoroz and to the public beaches through marina area.

We had a room with a great view over the marina. The rooms were very comfortable and it was relatively cheap.

I would recommend the hotel, however, I had called the night before to book an extra night, and was told that all was ok, except, as I later found out, the hotel staff did not put this in the system. The next day, we had a notice on our door saying that we needed to leave. When I went down to the reception, the staff acted as if I had done something wrong and were very short with me. The room was not serviced on this day because of the confusion.

The location away from the main tourist area was perfect for me as I wanted something peaceful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the spacious and clean apartment with high-quality furniture and appliances. the parking was ample, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Staff at reception very helpful. Stayed in a 5 person apartment which was very modern, clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen area, nice terrace and garden area at the back. Free internet two tvs, one in the main bedroom. Good supply of towels, shower gel etc. Easy to park. Really good accommodation for a family. Would definitely recommend.

The only negative is the location. It is located at the very far end of Portoroz. Fine if you have a car but the main part of Portoroz is about a 20 minute walk away.

Very comfortable appartment, elegantly decorated. Nice swimming pool.We were lucky enough to be on ground floor and enjoyed terrace and lawn.

The adresse information we got with our reservation was not clear at all and we had difficulties to find the residence. You should precise that the residence is inside the Marina.

Lovely location, great view from patio, well-appointed apartment, easy walking to shops and restaurants, quiet at night, good for exploring.

The check-in was difficult to find as it was through a gate actually in the boat marina.

Marina Portoroz - Residence has luxury apartments equipped with anything you need for a long stay with highly standard and comfort. For this kind of facilities you definitely get a good value for your money. Located at a quiet corner in the marina, with the nice marina view and 10 minutes drive to Piran, this seems to be a perfect location for Slovenian sea side vacation.

Like meny marinas, whatch out for the mosquitos...

Spacious apartments with two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchenettes were ideal for our family of four during our Christmas stay. The location was great, with easy access to shops and cafes, and a short walk or drive to the beach. We especially enjoyed the fenced lawns, providing ample space for our kids to run and play.

Our experience was marred by having to pay extra for the use of sunbeds at the pool, which we felt was unfair for guests of the hotel. the internet was only available in public areas, not in our apartment.

Very secure. Nice large apartment. Air conditioning in the apartment and bedrooms. Underground parking.

A long way to walk for breakfast if you took the "breakfast option".

The apartment had a very modern style. Clean, well equipped, spacious rooms, nice terrace. Stylish location in marina. Free and clean pool, friendly environment.

Unfortunately the second bed was terrible. We could not sleep on it, had to put the matress on the floor - though the appartment was advertised up to 5 person.
